This is a review of Chuck E. Cheese’s Ellisville, MO.
This is a new one for me, reviewing a restaurant. Our daughter recently turned three years old. The plan was to have a picnic in a local park, but that didn’t work out due to a rain forecast. We decided to go somewhere indoors, but we wanted something kids and adults would enjoy. We decided on Chuck E. Cheese’s in Ellisville, MO.
I hadn’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese’s in a while, so I was expecting the dark, cramped place of yesteryear. When we entered I was surprised since it was open and bright. From the initial greeting at the door to the people who brought the food to our table, everyone was very friendly.
The games are fantastic for kids and adults of all ages. They have skill, luck and even photo type games. Riding, playing and climbing are also available. While I didn’t see the stage show, I understand it is something to see.
The redesign of the restaurant is fantastic. Tables are everywhere, sprinkled in and out of the games and play areas. Everything was clean and I always felt our daughter was safe around the employees and games.
There were three things I really enjoyed:
- Pepsi Soda: Back in the day they only had Coke, so it was great to see Pepsi in the mix.
- All games and rides were one token: Wow. This was unexpected and a treat. You didn’t need to worry if a game or ride was worth it.
- Friendly: The entire staff was friendly and accomodating.
