Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal Review

This is a review of Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal.

Breakfast for people who eat low carb is sometimes a tough affair. You have a nice selection of meat. Yep, that is it. I wanted more, which is why I was very happy when I found the Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal.

Sensato High Fiber Cereal is comprised of the following:

  • Ground nuts
  • Flax seed
  • Wheat bran

Coming in at roughly 2 net carbs per serving it offers an attractive alternate to meat for breakfast.

Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal Review PhotoPreparation is simple. All you do is add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of boiling water. I go with the 1/2 cup, because I like it firmer.

What I like about Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal

Flavors – They offer five flavors: Strawberry, Apple Cinnamon, Butter Pecan and Vanilla Almond. They even have an unflavored option to choose from in case you’d like to flavor it yourself. I am partial to the Strawberry called Strawberrilicious, but the Butter Pecan is good, to0.

Protein –  Each service has 10 grams of protein, which makes up for the lack of meat at breakfast.

Sensato High Fiber Hot Cereal isn’t just for those eating low carb. It is a delicious alternative to whatever hot cereal you eat now. You get the benefits of something delicious without being weighed down by all the extra stuff thrown in.
