This is a review of Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll.
Atkins usually does a good job with their bars, snacks and food. This isn’t the case with the Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll. It’s a shame since the normal Nut Roll is delicious.
Someone from marketing through it would be cool to take chocolate and add it to the nut roll. By add it, I mean dunk it in chocolate. There are a few problems resulting from this:
The chocolate isn’t tasty. I know, it’s supposed to be low carb, but man, the chocolate just tastes off.
The bar is hard. The chocolate instantly acts as cement covering the nut roll. Now, before you think everything is bad, just realize that once you make it past the chocolate the nut bar itself is pretty good.
It is a disappointing low carb bar, but hey, even the masters make a mistake every now and then.
